We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Trackable service with delivery confirmation
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders shipping to most countries (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain restricted Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, which are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Packaging: Must include original packaging and proof of purchase
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, slippers marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other footwear categories (Boots, Clogs, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Complete the form: Fill out the return form (provided in your return authorization email) and include it with your shipment
- Package securely: Place items in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship your return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
For our international customers:
- All customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval (timing varies by financial institution)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
