Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, slippers marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other footwear categories (Boots, Clogs, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Complete the return form below and include it with your shipment
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse address (provided in your return authorization email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval (timing varies by financial institution)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item(s) and size
  3. We’ll ship your new items once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)

International Returns

For international customers (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):

  • All customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
