I wanted to love these, and even bought arch support inserts, as the shoes have NO arch support. However, the straps are too long and I couldn’t get them tight enough to keep the shoes from being lose. There is no adjustment for the heel strap, just the one that goes over the foot. The toe box is roomy and had I been able to make them tight enough, I would have kept them. The arch supports did fix that problem, but the shoes are being returned.
