There is something wrong with the cross straps. Too much strap on the inside.

I picked these because I thought all three straps were adjustable. I returned these because one of the straps cannot be adjusted. If, as is the case for my wife, the fixed strap will not accommodate the foot, it does not matter that the other two (adjustable) straps will.
