I have purchased several FitFlops. I miss the old canvas strap thong Walkstar. but these are the best of several I tried on my last order. they do run a little large and not a full size but a half size. they are more narrow than the old style. Why do things have to change but my 6, instead of normal 7, will probably be just fine after awhile… the leather is soft and supple. the platform seems a little taller than in the past :-). The tan color is just like the photo.

My podiatrist said that I could wear these, and she was right. I don’t have a very high arch, but these are just enough arch support. I can’t wear some that have a high arch, like Birkenstocks. They give me blisters under my arch, and the toe grips are in the wrong place. These have good cushioning and the heel is sculpted so it doesn’t fall off the sides. The real key is how far back the sides extend: you don’t have to scrunch your toes to lift the back of the sandal up, it just follows your steps.

: I purchased the Lula in black in size 7. It fits great and felt great as soon as I put it on. I have been wearing FitFlops for many years. They are practically the only shoe I wear due to foot & back problems. I have ordered size 8 forever but recently I ordered another style of FitFlop in size 7 and found it actually fit & felt better than the 8. I absolutely adore this style. It is so much classier without the name or decorations on the strap. The speedy delivery from Zappos is unbelievable..order one day & have the shoes the next. LOVE it!! I really wish the colored styles came with matching color bottoms as the light soles make the shoes look “cheap”. PLEASE take note FitFlops.

I have very high arches, plantar fasciitis, and Morton Neuroma in my feet and these shoes make me swoon. These are the only shoes that do not cause pain in my feet. I love them!

Great shoes. Wore them all over Mallorca, up and down hills and I never had a problem. Great support and super comfortable. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and the 7 fit perfectly. The 8s looked too big.

Amazing on the foot. This is my 5th pair because they bring so much comfort. All the colors are great. I have a bunion & toe issues & these shoes accommodate the instep and are easy to walk in. You will love the comfort and arch support.

I bought the Fit Flop Lulu for a more upscale but open shoe, as I live in FLA.
These are at least 6 months old. They were super comfy early on. The leather seems to have stretched somewhat and now my foot fairly falls out of the shoe. I wear a 9. These are 9’s. I do love the look, but fear I may not be able to return them as they have been worn a lot, but if I could, I’d buy another pair with a thong type not in all leather, (less strethable?) as lovely as these are.
If they had stayed the size when I got them I would give it 5 stars.

I purchased the Lulu’s after a puppy chewed up my original fitflop’s. I had traveled the world for 10 years wearing my previous pair. These I purchased a tiny bit smaller and I’m happy I did. They fit perfect without a huge gap between my foot and the edge. I usually wear size 8.5 and I got the 8 and it’s perfect. This sandal is perfect for sesamoiditis (really messed up ball of foot syndrome) and I usually put them on as soon as I get home winter or summer. I’ve convinced many happy people to get fitflops!

Absolutely a great fit! Have a wide foot and these fit perfectly in B width. Very comfortable and am planning to order more in different colors. I have Morton’s Neuroma and a bad back and this is my 2nd pair and I feel like I am walking on marshmallows! Buy them and you won’t regret it.

These are very comfortable right out of the box! I like a very squishy shoe with lots of shock absorption. I wear a size 5 with a high instep and they are wonderful. I would love to be able to afford them in every color. This one goes with everything and can be dressed up in the metallic. I do not have a wide foot and they are perfect for me.

Love these shoes! They are my third pair of this style! I have them in the black, ivory, and now the tan. I teach kindergarten all day to 31 little ones! On my feet all day and these are the only shoes that keep my feet from hurting! I have flat feet, bunions, arthritis, broken toes, and I swear these are the absolute best shoes ever!!!!!

I love this shoe, but you have to break it in. It’s stiff for a while. I ordered a full size under what I normally wear and it fit fine. I also added some foot petals so the logo in the heel wouldn’t bother me.

I have purchased 15 pairs of Fitlfops and I can truly say I only had one pair of all of them that didn’t feel great from the first time I wore them. These were no exception – they felt wonderful from the moment I put them on. I wear a 9 1/2 normally but EVERY pair I ordered at 9 fit perfect;ly as did these. Love, love, .love them! Won’t wear any other sandal – only Fitflops!

These Lulu in black leather are very nicely made, the sole is very comfortable, but as you can see, much too narrow. I added a photo of several different Fitfloos side by side. The one reviewing, Lulu black leather, is in the center of the group photo. My 2 small toes hang over the side. The length was perfect. They are going back. In contrast, the black shimmery shoe is also Lulu (shimmer suede). You can see the huge difference. The black shoe at the far left. is fitflop “surfa” lattice. I’ve had it for 2 years and they are very comfortable. The other two shoes “Lottie”shimmer mesh in silver, and “Lottie” leather in black with purple leather are the two on the right.
The footbeds and widths vary so much.
I have a wide-ish forefoot and narrow heel, with a pretty flat arch. My little toe hangs over the the edge of most normal width sandals.
The shoes I ended up keeping are the silver “Lottie” shimmer mesh, and the black “Lulu” shimmer suede.

I love the brand. The design of the footbed is excellent. It is thick, provides great separation from the ground. It is also a little springy, so it gives a little when you step on it. I have plantar fasciatis and these work great for me (without orthotics, obviously). The design of the top part is such that there is very little, if any, flop action – saves your heels! The brand came up with some other designs recently, which I have tried and do not find quite as good but this type of the original style is still great. Sizing is a little off for me. I wore my regular size for several years but they become loose and way too wide very fast – and I have very wide feet. Since this is an open shoe on all sides, I tried one size smaller, liked it better, but eventually went two sizes down (total) and I am very happy. They fit more snuggly while the foot does not noticeably hang over the edges. So, I recommend going down at least one size.

What has happened to FIT flops???? WHY DO THEY KEEP CHANGING A GOOD PRODUCT INTO SOMETHING CHEAP AND ILL FITTING???? Every six months consumers have to adapt to some new “expert” who thinks they know better even when evidence shows their CUSTOMERS like what currently exists. Fit flop got cheaper, narrower and the arch hits behind my arch. These do not cup my heel like the old ones but are shorter and higher which will easily lead to a sprained ankle. Stop it Fit Flops! Go back to your designs from 5 years ago!!!

I have four black pairs and love having the change of a tan pair. Having many foot problems these always feel comfortable and I live in them for 6 months of each year…and am always sorry to put them away for winter.

I wanted to give these 5 stars, but they’re just not quite as comfortable as my previous pair of Fit Flops, same model. I’m not sure what the difference is, stiffer material for the straps? Anyway, they’re okay, just not as perfectly comfortable as my first pair. I should note that in my first two pairs, one strap came loose after a couple of years, and I had to just throw them away…when I tried to get them repaired they were too tight.
