Finally, I’ve found a comfortable loafer! Incredibly, it has a roomy toe box allowing wiggle room for my long toes AND a narrow heel so my foot doesn’t slip out. Since I have a low-volume foot, I did have to put in an insert so the side of the shoe didn’t dig into my heel bone and to snug up the width, but that is the norm for me. I would say that this shoe is a true medium. The shoe’s platform provides nice cushioning and seems to ease walking.

These shoes are very clunky and looked like clown shoes on me so I returned them.
