The arch support was lacking and they were a little stiff IMO

These are cute but like the flip flop version the footbed is slippery and not as comfortable/supportive as their other shoes. They felt stiff and cheap. The heel strap needs to be adjustable as it flopped around and was too long for me. I wanted to love them but they are too expensive to feel so cheap. Fitflop, please make these again but with a sueded footbed, the arch support of your other shoes, and an adjustable heel strap.

I watched a reel of someone who wore these on a European vacation and was able to walk in comfort all day – even run a good distance to catch up with something. This is the kind of comfort I’m willing to splurge on. While the design is basic, it pays off in versatility and fewer issues as far as irritating straps or buckles that might cause blisters. The toe box is wonderfully accommodating, and doesn’t squeeze and the straps are wide and soft across the foot. I love the bit of heel, and wore these just today with flared cropped jeans, and motored through several stores with happy feet.
