Poor fit . too wide in the heel. Trying to return them but your site is not accepting my order number although it is correct

I’ve got the shoes, I like the style but it’s big for me I ordered US size 5, but inside the shoes it shows UK size 4 but outside the sticker UK size 3 US size 36, in UK my size is 3, I think they didn’t check the size inside the shoes

I owned a pair of these before and the back was sturdier and felt stronger.
This shoe doesn’t feel like my last pair and I feel won’t last as long.

These shoes are super comfortable and I could wear them all day long. However, the leather on them is super cheap and after wearing a few times look beat up and scuffed up. Disappointed that they got beat up WAY too easily!

For some reason, this shoe is not as comfortable as the same Allegro with the buckle. Support doesnt feel the same.

These shoes were so soft, but strangely way to wide for the entire foot. They were floppy. I am usually a very standard size 8. Also dismayed by a sticker on the shoes that said to avoid water! Sadly returning.
